WHY DO A BOUDOIR OR GLAMOUR SHOOT?

There are different motivations for doing these kinds of photo sessions. Here are a few:

A gift. This is the opportunity to offer a personal and custom gift for that special someone in your life. It can be a bridal gift to your new spouse or Valentine's gift to your significant other. This is a unique gift unlike any other! Perhaps you’ve been married for awhile and looking something to spice things up. An album or slideshow video can bring some excitement back into the mix!

Self-Love. Change is constant but photography is our way of freezing time. Maybe you just want to capture your beauty for posterity. Or perhaps you just love your hotness and want to flaunt that for you! Why not indulge and show your sexy in your own way!? Gift yourself a photo session. You deserve it!

Celebrate. Perhaps the shoot is a reward to celebrate an achievement or significant change. Maybe you lost some weight, or you reached some goal you’ve been working so hard at, or have invested in changing the way that you look. Whatever the reason, it's time to celebrate the change! What perfect way to do that by booking a session and you’ll leave feeling more beautiful and more confident.

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

Once you’ve decided that you are interested in doing a session, you can fill out information in our booking form. We will get back in touch with you to set-up a shoot date and send you a Session Agreement to sign. Please note that only when the session fee paid AND Session Agreement is signed you are considered booked. We accept all major credit cards or cash (sorry, no checks).

WILL IT BE WEIRD SHOOTING WITH A MALE PHOTOGRAPHER?

I do think there are differences in the experience that you would have with a photographer that is male as opposed to female. I don’t view these as strength/weaknesses but more personal preferences. I’ve had Clients tell me that they preferred a male photographer because they thought a male photographer would not be as judgmental as a female photographer and the photos would turn out more “sexy” than “sensual.”.  It really depends on what you want from your experience. I will say that my photography is very woman-centric. Almost everything I shoot involves photographing women in various roles in their lives (bride, mother, families, etc.) so my experience has made me empathetic and sensitive to how a woman thinks and feels when it comes to photographing them. I feel it’s important to earn the trust of my clients so that they can feel relaxed and confident while we are shooting. I take my responsibility as a professional seriously and take pride in creating a safe and comfortable environment for my clients.

CAN YOU PUT UP AN ON-LINE GALLERY OF ALL THE IMAGES FROM THE SHOOT?
Client privacy is a priority for me. This is the main reason why I do an in-person review of the images. So, generally, I do not put client proof images (non-retouched images) from their shoots on-line. I also think it's important to help clients review the images so that they can benefit from my experience and perspective. What I want to avoid is sending a client a bunch of images and leaving them on their own to select images without any help or guidance.

ARE THERE SOMETHINGS YOU DON'T SHOOT?
I’m open to shooting almost anything my clients want to shoot. With that said I do have my limits. I will not shoot:

firearms
explicit sex acts
religious symbols as props
DO I HAVE TO POSE NUDE?
Of course not!! It’s totally up to you if you want to do that or not. I’m fine with shooting nudity so long as the client is comfortable with doing it and it’s done with taste and dignity. During the consult, I’ll ask about it and you can tell me at that point if that’s something that you want to include and to what degree that you would be comfortable shooting nude work. I do advise that implied nudity or covered nudity is best with boudoir images and that topless or full nudity is best with glamor images.

ARE YOU INSURED?
